Bookings
Appointments are confirmed by phone, WhatsApp or email. Please arrive five minutes early so we can complete your skin assessment.
Cancellations
Please give at least 4 hours' notice to change or cancel a booking so we can offer the slot to another guest.
Eligibility & safety
You must be 18 or over to use our sunbeds. Eye protection must be worn at all times and session lengths are set following your skin-type assessment.
Memberships & blocks
Unlimited memberships are monthly rolling and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Block minutes are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable.
